If you feel that you have been subject to discrimination because of your communication difficulties, you may wish to lodge a complaint with the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC).  You may choose another person to make the complaint for you if you cannot, or do not want to, do so yourself.

National Relay Service is a phone solution for people who are deaf of have a hearing or speech impairment. It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment. Calls can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the service can be used to contact anyone in the wider telephone network.
