Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans Intersex Legal Service Inc
The LGBTI Legal Service Inc. is a community-based legal service providing free legal advice, assistance and referral to the LGBTI communities. The LGBTI Legal Service operates from space generously supplied by QAHC. The Service is non-profit and unfunded, staffed entirely by volunteers.

Legal Aid Queensland
Legal Aid Queensland support people who are financailly disadvantaged. They can help if you:
- are experiencing domestic and family violence
- have a child protection matter
- are or might be separating (parenting arrangements, child support, separation, divorce)
- have been charged with an offence
- have questions about consumer and debt matters (consumer rip-offs, debt, loan payments, house repossession)
- are making an anti-discrimination claim (race, age, gender, sexuality etc).

RAILS is an independent not-for-profit community legal centre specialising in refugee and immigration law. It provides free legal advice and assistance to disadvantaged people. RAILS provides legal help to people who have cases before the Department of Immigration, Migration Review Tribunal, Refugee Review Tribunal and sometimes take cases of public interest to the courts.
