Taxi Complaints

If you want to complain about a taxi service, you must first contact the relevant taxi company. Queensland taxi companies must register, investigate and respond to all routine or non-urgent complaints within 10 business days. Select from the below list the company that you want to contact.

Queensland Taxi operators are required to respond to all complaints within 10 business days. If your complaint remains unresolved after this time you can:
